Lieutenant Saltzman, Stephen
With Sergeant Lowell Klatt, (Klatt, Lowell) Lieutenant Saltzman of 98th Coastal Artillery opened fire on Aichi D3A1 Vals attacking Schofield Barracks at 0925 on 7 December, shooting down one of them.
